Obverse: bust of faustina the younger, draped, sometimes double row of pearls, hair elaborately waved in nearly vertical lines and fastened in a low chignon at back of head round head, down cheek, curls, right. Reverse: laetitia, draped, standing front, head left, holding wreath in right hand and transverse sceptre in left hand. Weight about 22.7 g, diameter 31.1 mm.
